Permission to appear
This business records video and sound with a Dayclip camera to make clips for its review and approval before sharing. This form records your permission to be recorded and to appear or be heard in approved clips.
Recording agreement: 2026-10-17-audio. You can decline or withdraw permission; ask the business to pause recording or keep you out of both camera view and microphone range. Recording must stay out of private areas and private conversations.
- I agree to video and sound recording by this business during its configured recording hours.
- The business may post clips that show me or include my voice on its social media accounts.
- Dayclip may also show clips that show me or include my voice in its own marketing: its website, social media, app-store pages and sales material.
I’m not paid for this. I can withdraw my permission for future use at any time by telling the business or emailing hello@dayclip.ai. Dayclip then removes clips of me from its own website and social accounts within 7 days. Copies that other people have already shared may stay online.
