The product

A phone on your mirror.
Reels from your work.

Put a phone on your mirror, plug it in, and connect it to Wi-Fi. Dayclip finds moments from your barbershop work and prepares reels with music and captions. You approve what gets posted. Capture and editing are live; connected Instagram and Facebook posting is available to invited pilot accounts.

1

Set up your mirror

We help you mount a phone, frame the work, and choose your recording hours. Tell staff and clients about recording and obtain the permissions you need. Only use footage you have permission to share.

2

Get clips to review

Dayclip prepares short edits, music, and suggested captions. The app shows processing progress and opens the finished clips when they are ready.

3

Make it yours

Watch the video and read the caption. Adjust the caption, keep the clips you like, and skip the ones you don’t. You have the final say.

4

Approve the post

Invited Instagram and Facebook pilot accounts can post or schedule an approved reel. Review the caption, destination, and settings before approving. Dayclip’s automatic queue suggests posts and waits for your approval. Every finished clip can also be downloaded.

What you control before publishing

The owner chooses the destination account and reviews the text and options available for that platform. For TikTok, Dayclip shows the account name, allowed audience choices, interaction settings, and commercial-content disclosures. For YouTube, the owner chooses visibility and audience. Options can differ by connected account and platform approval status.

Your footage stays yours to review.

You can skip or delete a clip, disconnect a social account, and pause your station. Published posts are managed on the destination platform.

What’s live and what’s coming

Live: capture, editing, clip review, and downloads. Pilot access: connected Instagram and Facebook posting for invited testers. Coming: public TikTok and YouTube posting, pending platform approval; current access is limited to private testing.

Other ways to start

Upload: add existing photos and videos for a short edit, or choose the spoken-video option for a podcast, lesson, or sermon. The app shows supported files, limits, and available video time before sending.

Record: frame your work and record a phone session in Dayclip. End the recording to send it for editing. Keep the page open while recording and uploading; interruptions offer local recovery.
